Se diferencian por la direcci\u00f3n de la llamada ya sea de salida, de entrada, o ambas seg\u00fan la actividad del call center,<\/p>\n<p><b>Para un call center de tipo inbound<\/b> es decir dedicado a recibir llamadas para prestar soporte o servicio al cliente los principales KPIs son:<\/p>\n<p><b>Tiempo de respuesta:<\/b> Tiempo promedio qu\u00e9 tarda el agente en ponerse en contacto con el cliente.<\/p>\n<p><b>Tiempo de resoluci\u00f3n<\/b>: Tiempo promedio qu\u00e9 el equipo logro resolver con \u00e9xito la solicitud del cliente<\/p>\n<p><b>Tasa de Reincidencia:<\/b> El n\u00famero de veces en que el cliente debe volver a contactarse para recibir una soluci\u00f3n a un mismo problema.<\/p>\n<p><b>N\u00famero de quejas y reclamos:<\/b> Cu\u00e1ntos tickets o llamadas con quejas fueron recibidas durante un periodo definido de tiempo<\/p>\n<p><b>Satisfacci\u00f3n del cliente:<\/b> Puntaje obtenido en las encuestas de satisfacci\u00f3n.<\/p><p><b>Tasa de abandono:<\/b> N\u00famero de llamadas no atendidas por los agentes y que el cliente decide abandonar.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-320b120 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"320b120\" data-element_type=\"widget\" id=\"outbound\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Indicadores de venta para un call center outbound<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d2ac62d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d2ac62d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Para un call center outbound dedicados hacer salidas de llamadas ya sea para campa\u00f1as de ventas, cobranzas, etc. Los KPIs m\u00e1s importantes son:<\/p>\n<p><b>CPA o Costo por adquisici\u00f3n<\/b>: Es el costo final de adquirir un cliente por medio de un agente telef\u00f3nico.<\/p>\n<p><b>Tasa de conversi\u00f3n de clientes:<\/b> Es el n\u00famero de clientes que compraron, sobre el total de clientes contactados.<\/p>\n<p><b>Tasa de contactabilidad<\/b>: N\u00famero de personas que atendieron las llamadas sobre el total de n\u00fameros marcados.<\/p>\n<p><b>Venta por hora:<\/b> Es el total de ventas por horas trascurrida sobre el total de ventas por hora esperado. RC: Ingreso &#8211; Gastos \/ inversi\u00f3n realizada<\/p><p><b>Productividad por agente<\/b>: Ventas realizadas en un periodo de tiempo sobre todos los costos totales de n\u00f3mina, minutos y otros asociados al agente.<\/p><p><b>Tiempo improductivo: <\/b>Tiempo que pierden los agentes esperando a qu\u00e9 les contesten en el caso de outbound o el que tardan en colgar una llamada e iniciar otra conversaci\u00f3n en el caso del inbound.<\/p><p>Este\u00a0indicador de venta se puede optimizar al ajustar el horario de la a campa\u00f1a a la rutina del cliente potencial,\u00a0es decir que podrias operar el call center en un horario poco habitual y al implementar herramientas tecnol\u00f3gicas como un marcador autom\u00e1tico que anula el tiempo de teclear n\u00fameros telef\u00f3nicos al agente<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-93ff84f elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"93ff84f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" id=\"bienestar\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h2 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Indicadores de bienestar del recurso humano<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-73c2433 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"73c2433\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><b>Bienestar de los agentes:<\/b> N\u00famero de agentes que se fideliza y permanecen en la campa\u00f1a sobre el n\u00famero de agentes que iniciaron la campa\u00f1a en un corte de tiempo. Este indicador tambi\u00e9n se puede asociar al de rotaci\u00f3n de personal que mide b\u00e1sicamente el total de agentes que abandonaron la campa\u00f1a sobre el total de agentes contratados<\/p><p>En resumidas cuentas el coraz\u00f3n de todo call center son sus agentes de ello depende el 80% de los resultados de una campa\u00f1a, por lo tanto, su bienestar es una prioridad
